Here's the thing about weekends at 2 Creeks Campground: they're great, but everybody already knows that. The tent sites fill up, the deck's packed for live music, and by Saturday afternoon you're sharing the footbridge with half of Polk County. Weekdays, though? Weekdays are when the campground actually gets to breathe — quiet mornings on Childers Creek, no line for the bathhouse, and a lot more elbow room for the kids to go find crawdads without an audience.

Whether you've never touched a vice in your life or you just want to brush up on your nymph patterns before the weekend crowd shows up, someone at the shop will walk you through it. Honestly? Weekdays deserve some love too. There's something different about camping when the pace slows all the way down — when it's just you, the sound of the creek, and enough daylight to actually finish that fly you've been meaning to learn. We'd rather see our sites full of people who want that kind of trip than sit empty Monday through Thursday.
