Saturday Night Is About to Smell Amazing

You'll smell this one before you see it. Come Saturday afternoon, we're firing up the smoker, and by the time the sun starts dropping behind the tree line, the whole property is going to smell like slow-cooked pulled pork and good decisions. If you've been putting off a trip down to the shop, this is the weekend to stop putting it off.

What's Cooking

We're doing it right — pulled pork, smoked low and slow until it falls apart on its own, smothered in BBQ sauce, and served up with cheesy potatoes and green beans on the side. This isn't a quick weeknight special. This is a "clear your schedule and bring an appetite" kind of meal, the kind you plan the rest of your Saturday around.

Dinner starts at 5:00 PM, served until we sell out — and pulled pork like this doesn't tend to last, so don't wander in fashionably late expecting leftovers. Get there hungry, get there early, and grab a seat before the crowd does.

Then the Music Starts

Once plates are full, Skeleton Key takes the stage at 6:00 PM. Grab your food, pull up a chair on the deck, and settle in — this is the part of the evening where nobody's in a hurry to leave. Good barbecue, cold drinks, live music drifting out over the creek. If you've never caught a show down here before, this is about as good an introduction as we can give you.

And Then, a Giveaway

Right in the middle of the music, at 8:00 PM, we're giving away a one-of-a-kind cigar box guitar — handmade, one of a kind, exactly the kind of thing you'd want sitting in the corner of your living room with a story attached to it. You'll want to be there for this one; it's not the kind of giveaway that repeats itself.
